The tenants of 4 North and 5 North have the exclusive use of the 5 North Town Hall. This shared tenant amenity space includes a lounge with a galley-style pantry, and three conference rooms. Conference rooms are to be reserved.

The Town Hall lounge refrigerator is a shared resource for the tenants of 4 and 5 North. To ensure that there is room for everyone who wishes to use the Town Hall refrigerator, please limit what is stored only for items for events. Tenants should utilize the refrigerators in their leased tenant spaces for employee use. The refrigerator will be cleaned out on a nightly basis, and all items and containers will be disposed of after 10:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly.

Base Building restrooms on 5 North are always locked and require the use of an access card. If you are having an event in one of the conference rooms that have outside attendees, please contact the Property Management office for additional access cards for restroom access.

The Town Hall is not available for personal use such as birthday parties, private parties or other similar type events. Landlord retains the sole right to use its reasonable judgment to determine whether an event qualifies to be held in the Town Hall. Events where alcohol is served requires the pre-approval of the Property Management Office and will be subject to the same requirements such events have in the Capitol Hall space.

For the comfort of all that use the shared space, no loud, abusive of otherwise offensive actions will be allowed. Tenants shall promptly remove from site any employee, vendor or visitor deemed inappropriate or abusive by Landlord or Landlord’s agent.
