Tenants wishing to reserve the Atrium and utilize the Wine Bar for a private business related function may do so for functions after hours. Please contact the Property Management Office.

While there is no additional rental cost for use of the Atrium, tenants will need to pay for additional cleaning services, after hours HVAC, engineering, and/or security depending on the nature of the event.

The Atrium is not available for personal use such as birthday parties, private parties or other similar type events. Landlord retains the sole right to use its reasonable judgment to determine whether an event qualifies to be held in the Atrium. No loud, abusive of otherwise offensive actions will be allowed. Tenants shall promptly remove from site any employee, vendor or visitor deemed inappropriate or abusive by Landlord or Landlord’s agent. Events where alcohol is served requires the pre-approval of the Property Management Office and will be subject to the same requirements such events have in the Town Hall and Capitol Hall space.
